01Digital delivery
Delivery means digital access to the Wapistry web app at app.wapistry.com. Access is available as soon as you create your workspace and continues while your trial or paid plan is active.
02Activation
Paid plans activate immediately after successful payment. You'll receive a confirmation and invoice by email.
03Connecting WhatsApp
Connecting your WhatsApp number depends on Meta's own verification steps. Delays caused by Meta's review are outside our control, but we'll help you through the process.
04Access issues
If you can't access your workspace after paying, contact us and we'll resolve it promptly. You can contact us through the Contact page on our website.
