01About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Wapistry ("we", "us"). If you use Wapistry on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

02The service

Wapistry is software that helps businesses use the official WhatsApp Business API: a shared team inbox, campaigns, contacts, templates and analytics. Wapistry is an independent platform and is not operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.

03Meta's terms apply

Your use of WhatsApp through Wapistry is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business terms, policies and commerce policy. You are responsible for complying with them, including template and messaging rules. Meta may restrict or suspend a number independently of us.

04Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

05Free trial, fees and billing

New workspaces get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the plan you choose is billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are in Indian Rupees and 18% GST is added. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

WhatsApp message charges are set and billed by Meta directly. Wapistry adds no markup to them.

06Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may only message people who have given you opt-in consent, and you must not send spam or unlawful content.

08Your data

You own the contacts, messages and other content you add to Wapistry. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

09Availability and changes

We work to keep Wapistry available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, especially where it depends on Meta or other third parties. We may improve or change features; we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by Meta.

11Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaches these terms, Meta's policies or the law, or that puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
