01Free trial
Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate Wapistry before paying.
02Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from the app. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
03Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, including partially used periods.
If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate payment — contact us within 7 days and we will refund the incorrect amount.
04Meta message charges
WhatsApp message charges are billed by Meta directly and are governed by Meta's terms. We cannot refund them.
05How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days. Any 18% GST charged is refunded along with the fee.
